What should I use for real-time call center statistics?

I currently use OCI-P to fetch call center statistics, polling every n seconds.

I've been told that it would be better to use the CCRS proxy and have been playing around with that, but I hear it's going to be depricated soon in place of the PRI.  I've already integrated with the PRI to pull historical reports in PDF form, but didn't come across a way to get real-time stats.  Am I missing something here, or am I right in thinking the PRI is just to get historical reports in HTML, PDF etc formats?

I've just seen a post here http://developer.broadsoft.com/node/10498 that states that the dashboard uses the XSI, could you please provide some information about which events etc are being used to push these to the client, or is the dashboard polling for the stats periodically using Xsi-Actions?

Lastly I have seen documentation about something called CAP-S-CallCenter which looks really good, but I'm not sure if this is something third party clients can access or if it's used between Broadworks servers.  If it's available to third party client is there documentation available?

Finally, in your opinion what is the best way to fetch call center statistics?  I think a combination of CCRS proxy and CAP/XSI/CAP-S-CallCenter updates would give a good range of statistics as well as a real-time aspect, while not putting load on the Broadworks server.  But how long will the CCRS be around for?  Any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Chris
